Tax Clearance Certificates in Poland – What They Are and How We Support You

Banks, buyers and public tender committees often ask a Polish company for a certificate confirming it has no tax arrears (zaświadczenie o niezaleganiu w podatkach).
The certificate is issued by the Tax Office and reflects one thing only: whether your tax account is clean on the day it is issued. Which is why the real work happens long before anyone requests the document.
Our accounting team keeps your filings and payments in order so that, when the certificate is needed, there is nothing on the account to explain.

How we support you

Reconciling your tax account before the certificate is requested

Preparing and reviewing the data the application relies on

Explaining what the certificate does and does not confirm

Acting on your behalf before the Tax Office where you have granted us a power of attorney

Resolving any discrepancies the office identifies

Ensure your business has a clean tax record — Easybooks handles the process from start to finish.
Request your certificate today!

The certificate is issued by the Tax Office, not by us. Taxpayers can request it themselves free of charge through the e-Tax Office (e-Urząd Skarbowy) at podatki.gov.pl, and the office is required to issue it without undue delay. If your affairs are in order, the process is straightforward – our role is to make sure they are.
