Administrative Support – for Foreign Directors in Poland

Running a Polish company from abroad means dealing with Polish institutions in Polish. Board members and shareholders are often asked for credentials they have never heard of, on forms that exist only in Polish, with no clear explanation of what is actually required.
That is where we come in. As part of an accounting engagement, we explain which formalities apply to your situation, what each one is for, and what information you need to have ready – so nothing stalls your company’s operations.

Easybooks sp. z o.o. is a private accounting firm. We are not a government body, we are not affiliated with one, and we are not an authorised provider acting on behalf of any Polish public authority.PESEL numbers, Trusted Profiles (Profil Zaufany / ePUAP), CEIDG and KRS entries, NIP and REGON numbers, VAT registration, CRBR filings and tax clearance certificates are issued by Polish public authorities — in most cases free of charge — directly through gov.pl, biznes.gov.pl, the e-Tax Office (e-Urząd Skarbowy) and the Ministry of Finance portals. Anyone may complete these formalities themselves at no cost. What we provide is optional professional support for our accounting clients: reviewing which obligations apply to you, preparing and checking the underlying data, and keeping track of deadlines.
